Judging for Victory’s annual Holiday Lights Contest begins on Friday, December 14. Keep your lights shining bright through December 30 to be considered. Prizes will be awarded for best traditional display, best contemporary display, and best block representation. Prizes will be presented at ViNA’s gathering on January 23.
