The Victory Neighborhood Association is searching for a few neighbors to showcase their musical talents at this year’s Music in the Heart of Victory concert. A handful of local acts will be 
selected to open up for Victory-based Papa Roof & the Soul Villains. Each chosen performer will share 3-4 songs that are family friendly and highlight their homegrown talents. Musicians must bring their own instruments and have an easy and quick set-up/tear-down. Backline sound and speakers will be provided at the event.
