The Victory Neighborhood Association has a Youth Corp Program that provides paid employment for youth in Victory between the ages of 12-17 to provide yard services to qualified Victory residents. Snow shoveling is one of the yard services that Youth Corp provides. Many of our senior and disabled residents relay on Youth Corp programming to assist them with their yard services.
