Board

Elected by the community, the Victory Neighborhood Association (ViNA) Board holds regular open meetings and stays informed on city plans and neighborhood trends. Their primary role is to keep residents informed about critical issues facing the neighborhood, such as park improvements, environmental concerns, and neighborhood safety, while also providing opportunities for residents to voice their opinions on these matters. To foster community engagement, the board actively connects with residents through door-to-door outreach, block ambassadors, surveys, community events, committee meetings, and newsletters.
