About ViNA

The Victory Neighborhood Association (ViNA) is the neighborhood organization serving the Victory Neighborhood of Minneapolis.

Incorporated in 1992 as a 501c3 nonprofit, ViNA works to build community through inclusion, fairness, and wellness, achieved through communication, outreach, and engagement.

The organization was founded as part of Minneapolis’ Neighborhood Revitalization Program which worked to bring increased investment into the city’s neighborhoods. ViNA works to connect neighbors to one another and to the issues that directly impact them to build a more thriving, inclusive, and better Victory Neighborhood.
