This category is for those who love to share the spirit of Halloween with their friends, family, and neighbors! From creepy crawlies to glowing pumpkins, this category is for those who love to decorate their outdoor spaces for all to enjoy. Whether eerie or enchanting, your display should capture the essence of Halloween and autumnal fun.
A winner will be selected by the Livability Committee from this category, but no need to scare yourself with pressure—just have fun and let your creativity shine!
Indoor or Doorway Display
This category is for those who love to create captivating and chilling indoor displays. Whether it’s a spooky stoop, a witchy window, or a decorated doorway, let your imagination run wild. The possibilities are endless when it comes to creating a festive atmosphere within your home.
A winner will be selected by the Livability Committee from this category, but no need to scare yourself with pressure—just have fun and let your creativity shine!
Community Vote
The power is in your hands! This category allows everyone in the neighborhood to cast their vote for their favorite display. The home with the most votes wins, so be sure to impress your neighbors with something that catches their eye and wins their hearts.
The winner will be determined by the number of interactions on the Victory Neighborhood Association's Facebook page.

October 20, 2024 is the entry deadline. All decorations must be completed and your entry form submitted by end of day to be considered for the contest.
Wednesday, October 23, 2024 - Tuesday, October 29, 2024
The judging period for the Community Vote category will take place between Wednesday, October 23 and Tuesday, October 29. Winners will be determined by total number of interactions on the photo. Each interaction = 1 vote. Voting will be available on the Victory Neighborhood Association Facebook page.
October 30, 2024
Winners will be announced on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 on Facebook. Winners will be contacted individually by a member of the Victory Neighborhood Association for their prize.
