People are not the only creatures living in Victory. There is a diverse ecosystem found in the neighborhood that ViNA works actively to protect. ViNA’s Environmental Committee has led the charge for increasing access to green space with its Ryan Lake Park development project and 44th & Penn street scaping project; by educating neighbors on mitigating storm water run off, and by teaching and encouraging families to grow and maintain gardens that improve our environment.
The Environmental Committee welcomes new members at any time. They meet on the first Tuesday of most months at 6:30pm at the ViNA office. Due to COVID 19, all meetings are held online.
