Storefront businesses in Victory are eligible for grants through the Victory Neighborhood Association to improve their physical space. The Facade Improvement Grant provides up to $5,000 in matching funds for storefront businesses to enhance the exterior of their properties. Eligible projects include improving lighting, painting, updating signage, etc. Businesses are required to match the grant dollar for dollar. Many of Victory’s businesses can access matching funds through the City of Minneapolis’ Great Streets Grant Program.
