The Victory Neighborhood Association recently launched a Home Improvement Rebate Program. The program provides Victory homeowners with a 20% rebate for qualifying home improvement projects, up to $5,000.
The rebate program was established to help residents mitigate the financial burden of costly home improvements, thereby ensuring the long-term viability of the Victory Neighborhood’s housing stock. Ultimately, the board and staff of the Victory Neighborhood Association feel the new program will help neighbors stay in their homes longer and be more rooted in the community.
To qualify for a rebate, there are a number of steps and documents homeowners must complete. Interested parties should start the application process by reviewing the program website and guidelines. Rebates are not retroactive and will not be granted if proper application process and protocol are not followed.
