The Victory Neighborhood Association (ViNA) is the neighborhood organization for the Victory Neighborhood of Minneapolis. Incorporated in 1992 as a 501c3 nonprofit, ViNA’s mission is to protect and promote neighborhood interests and the health, safety, and general welfare of the residents in a non-partisan, educational, and cooperative manner.
The Victory Neighborhood is located in the northwest corner of the city and derives its name from the historic Victory Memorial Parkway that runs through the neighborhood. Victory’s geographic boundaries are:
West: Victory Memorial Parkway/Ryan Lake
North: Victory Prairie and Dog Park (areas south of Canadian Pacific Railroad)
East: Crystal Lake Cemetery/Newton Avenue North
South: Dowling Avenue North
Camden Farmers’ Market
ViNA is also the host of the Camden Farmers’ Market on Thursdays from July-October.
ViNA’s community meetings are open to the public and held on the fourth Wednesday of most months at 7:00pm at 4400 Osseo Road. Any person of voting age who resides, owns property, or operates a business in the Victory neighborhood is eligible for membership in ViNA. To join, print and complete the membership form and email or mail it to the ViNA office.
Please consider donating your time, talent, or resources to further the work and mission of ViNA. All activities, events, committees, and operations are conducted primarily by volunteers. Follow this link to view a printable calendar of ViNA’s 2017 activities.
